About This Item

As I rummaged through the contents of a local TB hotel, this popped out as an odd one. Clearly, there is some sort of backstory here-- completely unknown to me, and/or lost to time. As Igo to log it, I find that it is unactivated-- adding further to the intrigue. What is the story? Where did this come from? Where will it go? You decide!
