The Magic Collar

This travel bug has a perfect owner. It was on it's owner's neck at a ball one night when it was lost. It is now searching for it's orginal owner. Until it finds it's orginal owner, it wants to have it's picture taken on every animal (human or not) that it comes in contact with.
