    the Wildcoin had to see this historic spot for his own eyes. David Thompson is the ultimate adventurer and he mapped this uncharted area of the headwaters of the Columbia River. Can you imagine what David would have thought about the sport of geocaching?

    Thought the Wildcoin would enjoy this ranching area, and always on the lookout for potential wildland fires. Grasses are dry enough here to keep a firefighter on his toes.

    Had to take Wildcoin to see this historic site that was visited by David Thompson 200 years ago this May. David Thompson is our hero and deserves more fame that Lewis and Clark. Wildcoin....onward to another adventure.

    just had to take this travel bug to a pretty super hiking area named the "Jewel Basin". He enjoyed a nice hike in an area that opened up about two weeks ago...so much snow at high elevation. Stopped at this geocache to add some miles before heading out again.

    Found this TB in a beautiful cache on Dickey Lake which is on the Kootenai National Forest which has a very good fire management program. What adventures await this TB?
