Current Goal

The Beer Bug likes to go to places where people enjoy a frosty glass, bottle, or can of beer. In case there's a need, it comes with its own bottle opener too. All you need to do with the Beer Bug is post a message about your favorite beer and pass it along to the next cache. If you don't drink beer, that's ok, just post a message about your favorite drink and it doesn't matter if it is alcoholic or not. Pictures of the Beer Bug next to your favorite beer (or favorite drink) or at your favorite watering hole are extra but highly appreciated! It would be nice if Beer Bug were to tour some breweries, but if we only make a few friends and read a few stories that's fine too. Cheers!
** Remember drink responsibly and never drink and drive! **

When I found this back in July, I noticed that a homeless guy had built his nest near by and enjoyed Tecate.

I figured this was an appropriate place to send the Beer Bug back on its way.

Enjoy

Picked this bug up while having my coffee and walking the park near my house. I'll have a beer (Fat Tire) with it and move it on shortly.

Visited Starbucks with this guy, opened a Negra Modelo on Mexican night at home, and left it at the park, near the place where you can (with permission) have a lovely glass of wine under the redwoods.

I picked this TB up at the big local event yesterday and after I got home I was beat and was more than happy to use this bug to open up a beer for myself! In this case it was a Carlsberg but I'm also partial to Widmer Bros. hefeweizen (the Gordon Biersch "hefeweizen" is by FAR the absolute worst beer I've ever tried in my life!!!!!!), Anchor Steam, Sierra Nevada pale, and I'm quite partial to ambers that are made on site by various local micros. I'll move this along soon.
