Bishamonten travels the world and brings luck to all he meets.
Bishamonten is a Japanese deity of prosperity. He is a protector of the righteous and is depicted wearing a full suit of armor and carrying a miniature spear and pagoda (a symbol of Buddhism). As one of the Four Guardians of Buddhism, he carries a small pagoda that gives out vast quantities of treasure each day to "the worthy." However, since he meets few "worthy" people, he is usually forced to destroy the treasure.
Bishamonten travels the world to bring luck to all he meets. He is one of the seven Shichifukujin TBs and begain his journey on the peak of Mt Tamalpais in Marin County on July 20th, 2005.
If your geocaching travels bring you to more than one of these lucky tokens please let me know. If you find all seven your good fortune will surely be unbounded. Look for Ebisu TBCB46, Jurojin TBC09F, Diakoku TBCDC0, and Fukurokuju TBK4NM.
