When Gary and Ray first heard the we were Goin' On A Bear Hunt, they were excited about the adventure. But after making the find, I dropped them in the cache, just like we are supposed to do. They were so stunned they couldn't even make a sound, until they realized that I was going to leave them behind. Then they started making a lot of noise, screaming and yelling, throwing such a tantrum they chased the Great Cave Bear running off into the woods. I tried explaining to them how this Travel Bug game was supposed to work, but they were having none of it. They said that they have been stuck out in the wilderness long enough. So I had to take them back, and to Slinger Speedway's Saturday practice. Thunder cars, Bees, Modified's and they really liked the Super Late Models. Aaaahhh, the beginning of another racing season, the sights, the sounds, the vibes of high powered engines, the smell of burning rubber, brakes and high power racing fuel. Gary and Ray were impressed with their luxury accomodations too, complete with safety netting. They had a great time, wanna do it again some more, even picked up a coupla "marbles" for padding in their sleeping cell. And now they want to meet some of my sim racing friends they have heard about. If only all the pics I took turn out, and if I can figure out how to get them posted on here, haven't been able to do that yet, but hope I get it figured out soon.
Even got home on time to watch the flyin' Busch bumper car 'fest at Dega.
