About This Item

This TB commemorates an excellent kayaking adventure I had at Lake Tahoe. I launched my inflatable kayak from Lester Beach at DL Bliss State Park and spent the day kayak-caching on a 10-mile round trip to Fannette Island in Tahoe's Emerald Bay. The earliest log entries in the TB's listing are from that trip.

It was great to see the owner's familiar grin suddenly appear on the small island at Gerle Lake, joining our merry band of Paddlefest event cachers/kayakers. 🙂 I was grateful to see this nice TB in person, although in the dark and without my glasses I missed all the nice details. Glad to see them on the TB page.
