    I didn't manage to leave this one in a state capital, but it did manage to make a couple of visits to caches near state capitals. It is now in St. Louis where I'm sure there are folks who could help it send a message to Washington D.C. and hopefully help it continue on it's journey. Thanks for an interesting one.
