I regret to inform you that the cache in which this TB has been placed has been muggled. I do really hope that he/she will be found again, so he/she can return back to the US.
(I've had some TBs go missing myself, and it's not very nice).

Hopefully Bobo will be found someday to return to a life of adventure.
