This bug is nothing but a tag in a baggie, with a note! The note says it wants to stay near water, I can do that. Did there used to be something attached to this tag? Does the owner want me to attach something? I'll move it along soon!

Interesting. Although I did go to the event where this bug was listed, I didn't pick it up there. Picked it up at the Roaring camp event in Felton, Ca. Will move it on.
