Cute as a Button

Well how this happened I have no idea but this is extremely weird. I had this travel bug a while back and put it in one of my caches. Well some people found my cache after I had placed it in there but no one had logged it. I emailed them and asked if any of them saw it in there and if they took it to please log it to take it out of my cache. Well apparently none of them saw or took it so I marked it missing and was scratching my head as to what could have happened to it. Well I was out caching today with my son in Dinosaur Valley State Park which happnes to be about 50 miles from my cache location. Well I went to the official state of Texas cache opened up the ammo can and surprise surprise there was cute as a button. I thought about it all day and really thought there was no way this was the same one that the owner had to have a few of these out and I found a different one. Well guess what its the same one I had a month or so ago! Seriously how does that happen! The even more unusual part is that no one that had found my cache since I put the travel bug in there had found the cache the travel bug was in so how did it end up in there! The other thing is this cache did not even show to have a travel bug in it! Seriously blowing my mind! I will move this one along soon as I am almost afraid to keep it thinking there might be a curse on it or it might have a mind of its own!! Ha ha!
