Korni ended his journey with us at this super awesome state park cache! He didn’t want to leave the vicinity of the ocean and he loved the park name, Mistletoe State Park. I figure he wants to find a lady turtle!! I shall miss that guy, many a good trip we have had. I kept him longer than I should have, but I’m not sorry!!

We find ourselves at the smallest church in America. How stinking cute!!! It’s complete with stain glass windows and a little pulpit. They really could have church and sit about 12 people in the chairs. There was a regular size geocache nearby and it’s a popular church cuz about 3 more cars came in while we were there and 1 car had 2 geocacher in it! So we made friends with them. The TBs of course wanted a photo op!!

We found Santa Claus in GA!! I thought he was in the North Pole, but apparently he lives down here when it’s not December, seems smart... it’s near the beach and much warmer down here. The town is festive with wreaths and lights all year round.

Korni hopped in to get a pic with this key magnet guard rail cache. Since it was on the side of the road, we brought it to Vincent the geo doggy so he wouldn’t be out with cars rushing by.

For this cache, we set out ready for the hike, but we weren’t quite prepared for how wet and muddy it would turn out to be. It started raining about the 2nd cache we grabbed on the way. It didn’t stop till we were about 2 caches from our target, so we were soaked and our puppy was extremely muddy. Thankfully our passports stayed dry in my backpack and we got our stamp. At least the rain is warm, it’s about 60 degrees out.
This is a great walk and I always enjoy visiting the GA state parks and they always have quality caches, especially this one being a ammo can. They are so inviting and friendly.

Setting off on an adventure this weekend using Super_Nate’s first vacation day with his new job. We are going to cross off most of the GA counties on this run. At this cache we met a couple cows and donkeys at the barn. I attempted to speak Donkeynese and get the donkeys to come pose for a picture... but I must have said something rude cuz they ran away even faster... cute guys!!!

Merry Christmas from your TB and the Lewises! We went to the 2nd annual Deck the Fire Halls and got to see Santa hop out of a fire truck to bring Christmas cheer. Merry Christmas!!!!
