Current Goal

Rubik’s Cross County Race.

This is one of two travel bugs released by myself and my geocaching colleague MidLife Gamer.

The goal of this TB is to be first to visit every county in England, collecting stories along the way, and then return to it’s starting county.

About This Item

31ruRUDw%2B0L

To measure and add further to the challenge we have devised a scoring system, which will reward movement to new counties as well as stop-offs in Scotland & Wales. Points system as follows:

Movement within the current county + 2pts.

Movement to a new & never before visited county + 10pts.

First visit to Scotland and Wales + 10pts.

Any movement into a previously visited county - 5pts.

You will (should!) find the TB attached to a mini Rubik's cube - hence the aptly named challenge!!

Another thing to note is that not all counties are listed on this site, they seem to be by "region" - therefore we have our own County map which we are using and will try and upload!!

Progress updates will be posted on a regular basis.

Enjoy!!

Having seen the scenery of Arrochar, I decided to take a wander North-East to the Granite city, a wonderful place, with a lot of history and places to see, I ended up on a snowcovered beach at Aberdeen, on a wonderfully clear sunny day so got some 'rays' in before being burried in a box at Peterculter.
