Travel to Joensuu, Finland. Let's see which one is back home earlier, me or my travel bug! The ideal final destination for it would be a mystery cache called Siihtalan mysteeri (GC1BXVX), our home cache in Joensuu, Finland. If the mystery feels too difficult, any other cache in central Joensuu is fine, too.
This travel bug has started its journey at the beginning of my six month stay in Toyohashi, Japan from November/December 2008 on. I wanted to find an object that would be quite easy to connect to Japan (at least in my opinion), so here it is. I'm myself very fond of Japanese food, and also like sushi a lot. Now I'd like to bring a small piece of it back to Finland - it's amazing how Japanese people are able to create so realistic-looking pieces of food of plastic!
About Makizushi (from Wikipedia):
Makizushi (lit. rolled sushi). A cylindrical piece, formed with the help of a bamboo mat, called a makisu. Makizushi is generally wrapped in nori (seaweed), but can occasionally be found wrapped in a thin omelette, soy paper, cucumber, or parsley. Makizushi is usually cut into six or eight pieces, which constitutes a single roll order.
