I have no clue who this creature is, but the kids got him in some fast food prize meal. Bend his arms down and his chest pumps up. He reminds me of the old "Hans and Frans" characters from SNL. So, take him to a cache, strike your best "Pump-You-Up" post and post a pic of the two of you together. Most importantly - HAVE FUN!
