Kevin was bored on our trip to NC. Drove down Friday after Neo got down woth work, 8.5 hours later we were pulling into the fairgrounds at about 1am. Rearranged the gear and we all curled up in the back of the Element and tried to get some sleep. Not comfortable!! The next day we got up early and set up the table for our "FTF!" game. Kevin got pretty vocal with some other geo-mutts passing by the table, so Neo took him off for a little time-out. He came back and curled up in the dirt for the rest of the day. He got lots of little kids petting him, and ended up being a ball of dust at the end of the day. We got to meet Jeremy from Groundspeak which really boosted morale about the game. Tired and grimy, we loaded up the Element and headed back to Ohio. We didn't get very far and ended up getting a hotel for the night. They didn't allow pets, but we snuck him in and tried to keep him quite. Of course, there was a party going on across the hall and everytime a person said something or knocked on a door, he started to do his pre-bark noises, huffing and puffing. Sooo, we didn't get much sleep last night either. Got up early again, hopped in the car and made it home. Long days, quick trip, but we had fun.
