He wants to travel the warm waters of the globe in search of him and to finish him off!
As the holder of this TB you need to make the decision as to whether or not you want to see him achieve or fail in his mission!
Place him in the same cache (or one as close as possible to the BONEFISH) or keep him at bay. You might even want to save poor BONEFSIH and get to him first - move him away from Fishivore's blood thirsty quest.
