This was a rough cache when the GPS sends you off on a wild goose chase. It was getting dark and we turned off the main road on to some rough gravely road that went off in to the hills "somewhere" but not to the cache. So we went back to the main road and found another rough road, but got to the cache and it WAS dark. It was a cattle guard/grate and we hunted with a flashlight. I finally said that the frame was part of the guard and we found it at the base of one of the frames. Then we had to get back to the main highway without losing ourselves endlessly in the back country somewhere. It worked and we were nearly finished for the night.

I have had in mind to do this cache for a long time just because of the name. It reminds of Star Wars and creative in the name. I left a DART for Vader as I thought that would be cute as well.

This was interesting to see this Fire Science Academy out here in the middle of the desert. There was smoke, so I think they were experimenting with something.
