Ha! This seems like good advice. In fact, just the other day I waited 18 minutes for someone to finish their cigarette break and go back inside so that I could go grab a cache--which, naturally, was exactly where he was standing.
It seems appropriate that I shoudl take this one to the Monkey Challenge cache here in Illinois, as well as to the Monkey and Dragon Clanngence cache. And of course all the caches required to complete those challenges.
