About This Item

Bastet the Cat

My owner is intersted in anything that has to do with ancient Egypt - and cats :).
That's why she gave me a new home on one of her trips to the British Museum in London; the Egyptian collection there is the largest outside Cairo - and it really is worth a visit.

If you wonder about my name: in Egyptian mythology there was a cat goddess, who was called "Bastet". That's where I got my name from - but my friends just call my "Bazz"...
