Current Goal

This "bug" was released with three others on Sept-1, 2005 near Brooklyn, MI. They are in a race to reach a cache near our winter home of Sun City, AZ - AND then return to Michigan in a cache near our summer home (try "Who is Barbara II" GC12ZE3) by Sept-30, 2007. Other than that he can tool around the countryside hoping to get lots of pictures with real VW bugs (such as mine!).

Alex's Spiderman V1.0

Well, it looks like someone wanted Alex V3.0 so bad that they took it off the chain and left the rest of the info in the zip lock bag! I've had enough of sending out replacement cars so I have decided to just send out a "PICTURE" of the original Alex's Spiderman!! Perhaps now there won't be any more theft of poor Alex. Thanks to the current 'holders' of the TB, kathy.n.brian, for helping me with the latest replacement.

Alex's Spiderman has ALREADY reached our winter home and is now on his way BACK to Michigan. Alex's Spiderman V1.0 was lost in a muggled cache so I sent out a new one to continue on the race. However, Alex's Spiderman V2.0 stalled in the hands of "cmnulph". After repeated emails with no response I have sent out Alex's Spiderman V3.0 to continue the journey.

If V1.0 or V2.0 are ever found please contact the owner and arrangements will be made. PLEASE, PLEASE do not keep Alex for long, keep him moving and please place him in caches that get a lot of action! Thanks.

Alex's Spiderman is one of four VW New Beetles in a race back to Michigan. The other "bugs" are Bubba's Woody, Coley's Bakery Delivery, and Randi's Bonzai.
