Please keep this geocoin moving!! It wants to travel to Kennedy Space Center to have its picture taken there (and posted here, of course :-) Before and after that, it just wants to travel from cache to cache so that as many cachers as possible can see it and collect its icon. Discoveries are always welcome. Thanks for helping!
One of Crake's Astrolabe geocoins was taken on U.S. Space Shuttle Atlantis, on Mission STS-122, which launched from Kennedy Space Center on 7 February, 2008, at 2:45 PM EST. Mission Specialist (EVA) Dr. Stanley Love was carrying this historic geocoin in his personal gear (item #10, for those who care about such minutiae ;-), for his friend Nate Grumby (a caching handle). The geocoin you are looking at commemorates this moment of minor historicity.
