About This Item

So what is a time dial? You spin the center map area to line up your location on the world map with the correct time. You can then tell the time of anywhere in the world based on the time at your location. Of course, it is approximate (time zones are not usually straight lines like shown on the coin) and does require geographic knowledge (can't know the time in China if you don't know where China is on the coin :)
