Little Billy Bobwhite the Fifth

Original:  to travel as much as possible, meeting scouting friends along the way. It would be great for Little Billy II to someday go as far as Gilwell Park in England. Update August 2008: Little Billy is in England. 

May 2013 :  Starting out for the third time, would love to see Little Billy the 3rd get back to England and finally make it to Gilwell Park.

July 2015:  Billy the 4th would like to get back to England and ALL THE WAY to Gilwell Park.  Please and thank you...

July 2019:  Once more Billy will attempt to get to England and Gilwell Park.  I had hopes to be reunited with Billy IV when I traveled to England in August 2018 - I even visited Gilwell Park myself - but Billy flew away before we could be reunited.  Lost again.

Original:  Little Billy Bobwhite II is a Wood Badge Bobwhite. Wood Badge is an advanced Boy Scout leadership training course. He would love to meet other Wood Badge critters, of any patrol, maybe even visit some Wood Badge courses. (His was C-39-02.) Back to Gilwell! The original Little Billy was last seen in a cache in Iowa in May, 2007. I am releasing the duplicate tag with a new Little Billy to resume the mission. If you find the original Little Billy, please let me know in your log. Thanks!  (Billy II was last seen in England sometime in 2009.)

May 2013:  Little Billy Bobwhite III is being released to once again try to meet his goal.  This time, Little Billy is my Wood Badge totem, a wooden disk with a picture of Billy and his course number. 

July 2015:  Little Billy Bobwhite IV is taking on the mission.  This time, Little Billy is a laminated paper copy of a Wood Badge Bobwhite patch.  Getting tired of releasing my neat Bobwhite tokens only to see them disappear...

July 2019:  Little Billy Bobwhite the Fifth.  Made another laminated paper proxy, just like Billy the fourth.
