About This Item

Big Bear is a beautiful spot in the San Bernardino Mountains of Southern California. It is famous for its skiing areas and winter sports, and its big lake and many summer outdoor activities, as well. One of these summer activities is the big geocaching bash held there each summer. I am told it is the biggest geocaching event held each year in Southern California. This beautiful coin commemorates that event.

    Went by to recheck my cache, 'Rangers Cache' today due to the fact that it had apparently been ransacked recently. I had retrieved a TB from it a couple weeks ago and did not realize a coin that I placed in it back in February was still logged in it. I emptied and checked the cache and found no coin. :( I've since made the cache a premium member hide and made an adjustment to try and avoid this in the future. Terribly sorry for the MIA coin.
