About This Item

This is my first ever geocoin. I got it from an event celebrating 08/08/08. Also the start of the Beijing Olympics!

    We found 888 Event Geocoin while riding bikes and geocaching. Our son loves sports and recently competed in the Hershey's track and field track meet in Washington, so we will add picture to log and resend the coin on it's journey.

    As logged earlier we located this beautiful TC in Rusti's TB - it's a shame that people take these TBs but never log them. We often wonder if folks don't realize just how expensive these little TBs cost and the time that & thought that it takes to get them moving. We're glad to be able to help the owner of this beautiful TB to finally see where it's been and get some recorded mileage on it. A year is a long time to no know where your item is/has been.
