Minnesota Junior Bowler's Tour
is a monthly traveling tournament, attracting the best youth bowlers, from Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Canada and Minnesota.

A qualifying round of 9 games narrows the field to the top 10 boys and top 6 girls.
They compete in head-to-head match play, then bowl one final position match.
The boys' champion will have bowled 19 games.
The girls' champion will have bowled 15 games.

 

In September 2002 at Garden Center in Alexandria, MN
Kris Stevens won his first championship.

In October 2002 at Village North in Brooklyn Center, MN
Kollin Stevens bowled a 299 during the qualifying round.

In October 2002 at Flaherty's in Arden Hills, MN
Kris Stevens rolled 206-279-256/741, setting league high scores.

In November 2002 at Stardust Lanes in Minneapolis, MN
Kris Stevens bowled a 679 series for 3rd place ($80.00 scholarship):
Minneapolis/St. Paul Youth Leader 13th Annual Youth Open Singles-Open Division

Kris Stevens bowled a 587 series at the Minnesota Singles district tournament.
He won the (Post High School) Scratch championship, and advanced to State.

On January 4, 2003 at Tuttle's in Hopkins, MN
Andy Allgood, Michael Jensen, Chris Melgard, David Melle, Mike Ybarra, and Kollin Stevens
won the 2nd Annual Youth Baker Team Tournament (Division C)
