This geocoin is from the North West of England. It would like to visit the North West of as many other countries as possible.

About This Item

The NW Geocoin was put together by subscription from the NW Caching forum (www.nwcaching.co.uk) thanks to a lot of hard work from Scorpionqueen and the excellent abilities of Kathy from ukgeocachers. I like it even more because I drew the design! It depicts a scene made up of several familiar items from the NW of England, which are:
Factory chimneys, terraced houses, football, LS Lowry, canal barges, the red rose, fishing, the Sankey viaduct (with Stephensons Rocket), distant fells, sunshine with rain and Pendle Hill. I'd have put a chippy and some clogs in there too but there wasn't room...
