Current Goal

This bug's goal is to make it from Pittsburgh, PA to Minnesota. Once in Minnesota, to visit as many caches as possible, and to then return to Pittsburgh, PA. Hopefully to either this cache or this cache.

About This Item

Minnesota Pride

Being from Minnesota myself I felt that I should make a travel bug go there. This travel bug is my first, and a bit of an experiment. As you can see this bug is a mini CD-R. This will be nice because cachers who find the bug can save photos, logs, notes, and whatever they feel appropriate onto the CD-R. Nobody should close the session or format this CD-R. Cachers must leave it open so the person after them can enjoy it. My goal is to have the bug in Minnesota by the summer of 2003 and back by Christmas 2003. Good luck, and I hope you enjoy it!! We were with Puzzlingfun (my mom) when we found this bug. Since we're from Minnesota, and the bug's mission is to return to Minnesota, it was a no-brainer for us to take it! Be patient, tho, as we're at Priest Lake for the summer and won't be getting back to Minneapolis until just before the Labor Day weekend. We'll try to add some pics before we place this in another cache. TTFN!

Puzzlingfun, TreasureQueen and 5xfun picked up this bug on a lovely hike in the woods near Priest Lake, Idaho. Since 5xFun is from Minneapolis, they'll be taking this bug home and setting in free in a cache near home.
