About This Item

Sienisoppaa Koskenlaskijan kera neljälle. Ainesosat: 2 desiä suppilovahveroita, joista on nesteet poistettu paistinpannulla tai litra käsittelemättömiä. 2 desiä sipulihakkelusta, kasvisliemikuuto, vettä, 1 pkt Koskenlaskijaa, vain hieman suolaa, mustapippuria, persiljasilppua.

Laita sienet ja sipulit paistinpannulle, paistele kevyesti kunnes sienistä häviävät loputkin nesteet ja sipuli pehmentyy. Erillisessä kattilassa sulata n 1½ rkl voita ja perään vehnäjauhoa saman verran tai kunnes koostumus on sopiva.Kiehauta. Lisää sieni-sipuliseos kattilaan (huuhdo pannu!) ja pyörittele seosta tovi miedolla lämmöllä. Lisää litra vettä, kasvisliemikuutio ja mustapippuria, suolaa vain kevyesti. Keittele kunnes reilusti kiehahtaa, vähennä lämpöä, keittele vielä n. 10 min ja lisää 1 pkt Koskenlaskijaa pieniksi palasiksi murustettuna. Anna käydä hiljalleen kunnes juusto kokonaan sulanut. Lopuksi lisää persiljasilppu. Valmista syötäväksi heti, mutta menee jäkiksessä seuraavaan päivään hyvin, jolloin maku myös tulee paremmin tykö. Kelpaa kenelle vaan.
