To visit public sculpture around Great Britain
This Garmin Geocoin depicts the Angel of the North, Gateshead. A work by Antony Gormley. Completed in February 1998, it has become one of the most talked about pieces of public art in Britain. 2008 is the 10th anniversary of the Angel of the North, so we thought it would be appropriate to send this Geocoin on a journey visiting pieces of public art around Britain.
