Originally a LEGO figure (Jim Ladd) released at a WW Flash Mob Event in Brecon, Wales ~ (no where near the sea) There was a 'pirate theme' !! This is one of a number of Flash Mob events being held simultaneously around the world at the same time. If you're not sure about what a Flash Mob is, here's a brief explanation:?     Unfortunately we couldn't find this trackable in the Cache "So wiet dat Oog kam" GC2PTVQ... We are sorry that we don't have better news.
