Current Goal

To travel to the Bad Lands where so many dinosaur bones are found. Then on to other dinosaur bone sites.

Today Cole's Dinosaur traveled to the Marsh Dinosaur Quarry north of Cañon City, Colorado, after a brief stop at the Dinosaur Depot museum in town, where he nearly was eaten by an Allosaurus. Many important dinosaur skeletons have been found at the Marsh Quarry since the late 19th century.

This area is far from a dinosaur gathering place, but it was once close to the center of a volcano. Silverton, CO., was the center of the volcano and this is about 7 miles away.
