This toy is a craze from Japan. It is supposed to simulate popping bubble wrap. You can play on your own or several of you can stand in a circle and hold it in the middle, popping away together. Occasionally you will be rewarded by interesting sounds. Not sure how long the batteries will last though! Warning: this toy can be addictive.
