Current Goal

I’m the people unite bug. My goal and mission is to travel state to state until my owner recalls me via the website, or after February 20, 2011 which ever might come first. I want to pick up any other hitch hikers that wish to join me attach any small signature items you wish and feel free to watch me on my travels. Make sure you log what you attach and where it came from, you never know, I might bring it back to you some day.

About This Item

This bug is in honor of my 2 year old daughter Rylee. I thought the purpose of this bug would be a nice one with it picking up other small signature items on it's journey and inviting those who contribute to the mission to watch along the way. I think it would be nice for her to see when she's older all the people that worked together for her, and what better community to attempt such a project than geocachers? The recall date is 2/20/2011 she will be 5 on that day, and once it returns it will be sent on its final mission to return the items to all those who contributed and maybe return home.

    Sorry I did not have time to log that I had dropped this bug off into another Central Park cache - I had been "stranded" in New York due to the volcanic ash cloud, and in my excitement at finally making it home, I'd forgotten about my logs! Anyway, I had left it in Dinosaur Train Velociraptor - WNET. http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?guid=c1917d5e-6781-4390-9223-24144f0f1b5a.

    Thanks to the owner for letting me know it was OK to take it to Europe, but in the end we left in in the States so I hope the current holder takes it on an interesting adventure!
