"Frank the Dolphin" is not lost. He has found his way to Grafenwoehr, Germany. No Walmarts here so you will have to settle for a cool pic in front of the Historical Water Tower here on base. Hitler spoke to his troops from this tower and Elvis Presley was stationed here during his tour of duty in the Army. Pic coming soon..... 😁
