In almost any form, the '57 Corvette delivered a certifiably staggering performance. Motor Trend clocked a 250-bhp fuelie at just 7.2 seconds in the 0-60-mph sprint. The 283-bhp version was even more formidable, with Road & Track running the same test in a four-speed with the short 4.11:1 final drive in just 5.7 seconds; it breezed through the quarter-mile in 14.3 seconds at better than 90 mph and sailed on to a maximum of 132 mph. Motor Trend took a version with the 283-bhp engine, dual exhausts, special cam, and solid lifters all the way up to 134 mph. There were only 6,339 ’57 Corvette’s made. Of that number, 1,320 were the Venetian Red color like this TB. The retail price in 1957 was $3,176.32

Did not see in I-4 Eastbound Out of Orlando cache on 5/31/15. This is a new container replaced on 5/25/15 according to previous log so likely all the trackables listed are missing. Sorry as that is a cool pic of a cool vette.
