The dog pictured is Sam. He was born in May '99 and we adopted him in December '01. We lost him to lymphoma in November '09. Sam loved walks, car rides, racing around the back yard, ear rubs and naps. He tolerated cats, but disliked fireworks, cameras, thunderstorms and small yappy dogs. He was a sweet, gentle goof and is missed very, very much.

Wow. I was amazed to see this trackable still in this cache. Usually when one shows this long in a cache it's missing for sure. I pulled it out and will give it a run up to Iowa or Minnesota for the Holiday.
