Current Goal

Jaron is a young Canadian travelling around Europe for 8 months and has has been studying World War II while his family travels. He really enjoyed learning about the war by visiting the sites of Normandy, France. He'd like to have this travel bug and its hitchikers travel around Europe as well to remind others of the sacrifices made for our freedom, especially on D-Day, June 6, 1944 at the 5 landing beaches.

Juno Beach was the beach that the Canadians landed on to start liberating the Normandy region of France. 21,500 men landed at Juno that day, 359 Canadians perished and 650 more were wounded.
