VOID (void)
Though words are spoken
to explain the Void,
The Void as such can
never be expressed.
Though we say, "The

Although the mind is

All things it embraces
and contains.

We always love the creativity of a Flash Mob Event and have never been disappointed yet.
WWFMV is right up there among our favorities.
We are OddAngles from Beech Island, SC and we are members of a very fun group called the "CSRA Geocachers". Our group consists' of 18 counties in 2 states that border the Savannah River with Augusta, GA as our center point.
This past weekend our group hosted a 3 day event in Thomson, Georgia. This event was our 2nd Annual event in Thomson and was titled, "2nd Annual Thomson Treasure Hunt" ~ GC1ND48.
We had a Kick Off Party on May 1st with catered BBQ and slide show of the past year, raffle and lots of cache talk.
May 2nd..started off with fun at the McDuffie County Fishing Ponds, with a multitude of new caches to find. There was even temporary children caches with pots of gold to find at the end of each cache.
From there we had our WWFM V at the Thomson Fire Department ~ GC1Q7ZM ~ "Four Alarm Cache (WWFM V)" With prize give aways.
Then on to the community center called the "Depot" that has historical significance. Here there was informationals on Snakes (with a live snake show of venomous and nonvenomous snakes and baby alligators), GSAK which included paperless caching and STATS help. Followed by a Poker Run which took you around the community with prizes for almost all that participated. We finished up the day with a Texas Hold 'Em Poker Tournament.
May 3rd, was a morning after breakfast at a local Ryan's followed by a CITO that was rescheduled from Saturday morning due to a unknown local parade.
We had a blast and the following photos are from our WWFM V.
Thanks for letting us share our experience.
And Thanks for the discovery of a cool TB.
