I'm in a race from Dayton, Ohio to City of North Pole, Alaska (Zip Code 99705) back to Happy Trails II cache near Dayton Ohio. BUT, I have to make several checkpoints along the way to/from City of North Pole. These checkpoints can be made in any order:
1. Closest cache to Christmas, Florida (Zip Code 32709)
2. Closest cache to Christmas, Michigan (Zip Code 49862)
3. Closest cache to Christmas,Arizona (N33 03 44 W110 44 31)
4. Closest cache to North Pole, NY (Zip Code 12946)
One final thing...please upload a picture of me in front of the Welcome sign to City of North Pole, AK.

on the way to the north pole or parts nearby, it appears this adorable north-pole-seeking travel bug was held up by a big water obstacle. I have heard the locals call it Lake Michigan. She is in chicago now and I will set her loose where she has a clear shot to the town of North Pole.
First I'll have to do a little research and figger out where that is, so I can pick a cache that has a good straight direction. . .

Nina heard about Polar Bear cache and knew that polar bears lived in the Artic. She insisted this should be her next stop. When she saw Lake Michigan and felt the cold wind, she was sure she was near the Artic Ocean.
