I am a panda bear. My goal is go home for Christmas!

About This Item

I left the house just before Christmas dinner. As a vegetarian I couldn't stand the smell of the food they were preparing.
April 22th, after a long period in the Benelux region I would like to go to Italy. Who is going to take me there? I would like it very much to see the country where my owner 'was made' 16 years ago.
After a very long trip that ended in Rome and getting home I am on the road again!

We picked up Panda Bear from the Roman Forum cache just a day or so after she was left there. our second day in Italy during the blackout all over Italy!! Panda asked us to get her moving since we were touring Italy on whirlwind camping trip. We are heading to Florence and Venice next!!

  • Panda at the Roman Forum Panda is nearby hiding in the cache at the Roman Forum. This is beautiful scenery and we were glad to meet her! We just happen to be making a camping trip across Italy. She'll get to see most if it!
  • Panda and the Colloseum Panda comes with us to the Colloseum which is right next door. We find another cache nearby and keep going to show Panda as much of Italy as we can!
  • Panda at the Vatican City Panda comes with us to Vatican city to find yet another geocache. Here, we are waiting to get into the Sistine Chapel . We are headed to the Basilica next!
  • Panda in Florence Pand goes with us to the Duomo in FLorence Italy. We fell in love with this city and all the beautiful art. We had dinner with Panda in our backpack at a wonderful streetside cafe just as night was falling. Fantastic food! Italians are gracious folks and wonderful cooks!
  • Panda's buddies on her trip Here is a gps shot of the other bugs travelling with Panda on our camping trip. This is Pluto and Wandering Wallace. They are hanging out with Michaelangelo's David which is here at the Accademia. Pand had much better manners than to touch the art!
  • Panda in Venice Italy Panda goes with us to Venice Italy where we find two geocaches, and have great fun taking the waterbus system around to all the Islands. This is a shot of our gps that we took when we found the Murano Island cache.
  • carnivale masks in Venise The island is full of shops with elaborate masks and capes for the Carnivale held each year. We thought this was magical!
  • St. Mark's Basilica Panda hides from all the pidgeons here in St Mark's square. This is a masterpiece of medieval architecture combining the best of several styles.

WOW, the Panda's last cache in the U.S. turned out to be quite an adventure. Please be sure to visit the log for Wheretogo Vertigo for details, and the attached pictures. As before the Panda decided to stay with NB44 as his trip and the Panda's arrival to Italy is less than a week away.

The Panda is starting to get very excited! He travelled with me to Chigaco were we visited a cache that contained a stone from Anzio Beach in Italy. The Panda almost decided to stay in Chicago with the stone, but when I reminded him that Italy was only 2 short weeks away, he decided a shot visit at this cache was enough and climbed back into my pocket. Ciao!

Took the Panda caching this morning and he visited the Rocky cache in a beautiful nature preserve. With Natureboy's trip to Italy just about a month away, the Panda again decided to only visit the Rocky cache, but continued his journeys with Natureboy44.

Visit the Steep over Greenbrook with Natureboy44 today to see more of New Jersey, but decided to keep traveling with him since he say's he going to Italy later this summer. So far, he's been a good traveling companion.
