Talk about your comeuppance! After our triumphant visit to Fenway, we visited a local park. What did we find? No touch football, nobody playing catch - we saw families out with soccer cones, kicking the ball around. WHA? So we went to another park that has a baseball diamond. Were the kids playing baseball? NO! Dozens were playing soccer, though, using the outfield for practice and drills. Clearly real people who live here don't play the professional sports for which this country is so famous. No, we're all out there with soccer balls, running around and having a blast. Tonight I left this TB at a spot where I hope some soccer-playing family will find it and bring it along to their games.
