About This Item

AMTG Tranquility Blood In The Ocean GC 1

Large coin with lots of heft. One of the rare "Tranquility" coins. This is one of 13 of this version that were minted. At this time, the wereabouts of only 7 are known. This coin goes beyond description. The 3-D and enamel work are the best I have ever seen. The design would take two pages to describe. The photos DO NOT do this coin justice. The reverse says "The best remedy for those that are afraid, lonely or unhappy is to go outside, somewhere where they can be quiet, alone with the heavens, nature and God. Because only then does one feel that all is as it should be and thus God wishes to see people happy amidst the simple beauty of nature". A show coin never to be release in the wild. The BEST COIN I HAVE EVER SEEN. ------------------------------------------------ So many of my trackable have been muggled that I only release my GCs as virtuals. If you do not approve, please leave this in the cache for a cacher who understands. Thanks. GR

Good morning Eighth-Habit. I am sorry you thought my post was directed toward you. It was not, it was directed to "wetfit". They discovered the trackable on 7/4 and had either had it in their possession for nearly 2 months or didn't care enough to log it when hey dropped it into the cache. So when we found it we were surprised! However, numerous others that were supposed to be there were not:( Either way "wetfit" is simply not following the rules of the game.

My family really enjoys the trackable part of Geocaching and I am disappointed often when we specifically go to a cache and the trackables are not there. It happens a majority of the time. So, I am frustrated with people not being responsible enough to make a log entry so everyone else can enjoy caching more:)

Once again, my apologies to you.

Happy caching.

I grabbed this from a different cacher and dropped into a cache on Aug 30th then got home late that evening, actually early the next morning after a long drive home in the dark, and before I got a chance to log the drop someone else picked it up. Well surprise for them finding it in the cache, it was their lucky day.

I would like to thank the owner of the travelbug and wish I had got a chance to say hi when you were in the area. I came across a log by you and when I dropped this bug andI picked up a different one also owned by you. Thanks for your participating in geocaching and making this fun for people you don't know personally.
