We were happy to fulfill our duty for this great coin by setting up our brand-new cache Langley Lakeside GC2B9BA yesterday afternoon. The cache was found within an hour of its being published, and the coin was retrieved by a nice local cacher. That's what we call quick traveling! Thanks for sharing his great idea with us. Looking forward to another new cache in our area that will help this coin keep on meeting its goal!!!

I decided to share the log I wrote when I found it.

It go like this:

FTF, I found this cache on line about 2:30 this afternoon. I had just finished getting Mrs. Woodcarverdan set up at the Hodag. I have some chores to do around the house as long as it stopped raining for a little while but I decided to down load the coords and head out. I drove with in 6 feet, it was a nice easy find. TFTC!

I will put the FTF coin to good use. Motivation for me to hide another.

I was going to go after "By Land or Sea" but I don't have a canoe or boat. After all you don't recommend that some one go after it by walking the snowmobile trail. Besides all that, Micro Caches that are out in the woods scare me. I have had some bad experiences with them so I try to make it a rule not to look for them.

We retrieved this very cool FTF geocoin from a brand-new cache (were actually second to find by about 2 minutes, but cacher geogypzhrt2 - the official first to find - kindly said we could be co-FTF, as she had already had the coin earlier!) We meet the nicest people while we're caching (In fact, we met LEU, this coin's owner, at a cache near Brokaw, WI last year, too!) Thanks for sharing such a cool coin and idea with us. We'll see what we can do to help it meet its lofty goal.

Grabbed this from Birddog's Skunk Lake Adventures Final today after being FTF on the whole wonderful series. This is the first Geocoin we've found and are so excited! We've been brainstorming placing our very first cache for awhile as we now have over 100 finds, and we;ll be very happy to place this coin in our first cache very soon. Thanks so much, the coin is beautiful!
