About This Item

Thanks to seeblue who showed me the AT for the first time, in Mars Hill, Maine. He hiked the AT from Georgia to Vermont, then sprained his ankle 4 times and had to give it up. He peaked my hiking interest. Thanks to Onestep for educating me on hiking and helping me work around my disabilities so that I amy be successful on day trips with limited carrying ability. I want to hike the At but know this isn't possible for me, so I will settle for trips and in part at least set my goals for completing the Maine AT and and then the NH AT. I will update my progress periodically on here.

Thanks for sharing. I love the AT coins. A friend nearby did complete the AT and he plans on doing it with his wife. Last I know they were still planning on it, she had been running by our house every day.
