We try to help newbies whenever we can, but far too often, they just don't get it, and never will. A noob picked this up from a cache, and that was the last thing s/he did, as far as geocaching is concerned. So, we are retrieving this for burial in an archived cache of ours, and hope that it turns up, some day. We aren't going to add our typical "rant", because we know that this was not stolen, as such; it is the victim of laziness or lack of interest.
