The state of Wisconsin in the USA is the dairy state, famous for its cheese and other dairy products. This white and black cow has the same colors as a holstein, a popular dairy breed in Wisconsin. The pine tree symbolizes the great north woods of Wisconsin, the beer stein the favorite drink in Wisconsin, the cheese slice for the famous Wisconsin cheese, and the nickname 'Cheeseheads', and finally the animal face is a badger, since Wisconsin is the Badger State.
