Current Goal

Help Herb & Eleen on their long journey. The first stop they plan is Edgar, Nebraska and then they want to roar off to Geneva, Switzerland. After spending time in the Alps, they want to motor back to Patterson, California to retire and relax. NOTE: Thanks to all the great cachers for moving this TB along on its wonderful journey to Switzerland and back to Nebraska and then home to the Patterson, Ca. area. Now if it can move a few more miles toward Pleaanton, Ca., I will pick it up. Thanks in advance.

About This Item

The red Herb racer is ready to roll.

The Herb & Eileen Travel Bug reversable racer is a ready to go. Herb is the red and black model and Eileen is the yellow and black version. Move them along on their dream to travel to Europe and back. First up is to get as close to Edgar, Nebraska as possible. This small town was part of Eileen's childhood and holds lots of special memories.

After visiting her relatives, Herb & Eileen will begin the long trip to Geneva, Switzerland. There they will check out Herb's family and enjoy the beauty and peace of the Alps.

Then it will be time to return to their home in Patterson, California, USA, to relax, refuel and recharge. Thanks for moving them from cache to cache on their journey.

I have never picked up a travel bug before. But this fellow has gone from Nebraska to Switzerland and now wants to go home to Patterson, CA. I live in nearby Modesto and felt obligated to return it 'home'. We have a lot of micros around here, but I'll try to find a cache nearby large enough to hold it.

I snatched the racer in a general roundup of Omaha area travel bugs for a trip tomorrow to Reno/Tahoe. I note it wants to go to Europe - maybe it can take the westbound route!
