We found this in To Be Frank (GC1GP03) while on a family caching adventure in the National Forest South of Flagstaff. We had driven up for the weekend to get out of the 100+ temps in Phoenix. This TB was an interesting find as I lived in Thousand Oaks which is in proximity to the originating location of this item. There are a couple of options for Military bases in AZ. I'm not near any of them so I'll drop it off in Phx and trust that someone else can get close to Luke AFB or Yuma's Marine base.
